Angela Dore
(She/Her/Hers)
I’m Angela, I’m a social worker, therapist, and a queer woman living with with ADHD.
I understand identity is complex, and that executive dysfunction can come with heavy challenges. I also know first hand how important it is to feel accepted and supported during your therapy journey. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to making meaningful changes, and I would be honoured to support you through your next chapter.
To give you a little snapshot of who I am when I’m not holding a clipboard - I like to call myself a social introvert, and in the summer you’ll likely find me on the softball field playing for the same team, or on a patio somewhere.
I have my very own ADHD hobby graveyard and cycle through everything from cross stitch to puzzles. I have a bit of an oddball sense of humour and I’m fluent in memes.
I’m a millenial therapist, of course I’ve seen that same Tiktok! So, have a seat on my comfy couch and we’ll talk about what it brought up for you.

If you’re here, you might find yourself caught in a cycle of compromising yourself to meet other’s needs and expectations, and putting yourself last. Perhaps you feel like you’ve lost touch with you really are, and exhausted at the end of the day from overthinking every interaction. Maybe you’re trying to do everything perfectly and instead you end up frozen. You don’t have to struggle alone, together we can explore what’s keeping you stuck and this pattern repeating.
Exploring where these patterns came from can help you break the cycle of focusing on other’s needs and expectations, and kickstart real change. We’ll examine how your relationships and choices can be more aligned with your values and authentic self. You’ll learn strategies to express yourself clearly, fairly, and respectfully, and protect your peace.
Knowing where to start might be overwhelming or intimidating, but if you’re ready to explore your deepest truths, what you really desire, and find your new path forward, I’m here to guide you through the process.
Book a connection call now by clicking “new client consultation”, and you’ll leave our conversation knowing you’ve already taken the first step towards real change.
