(She/Her/Hers)
I’m Frances (she/her), a therapist with a background in social work and a commitment to justice and inclusion. Originally from England, I’ve had the privilege of living and working across Canada, from vibrant cities to remote Arctic communities. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of understanding, empathy, and collaboration.
Therapy is a place to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, while making sure your life experience and learning are honoured. My role is to support and guide you as we work together towards healing and growth. Each session is about creating a safe(r) and understanding space where you can picture and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
As a 2SLGBTQ+ and diversity affirming psychotherapist, I aim to provide welcoming space for everyone. Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or exploring personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Angela Dore
(She/Her/Hers)
I’m Angela, I’m a social worker, therapist, and a queer woman living with with ADHD.
I understand identity is complex, and that executive dysfunction can come with heavy challenges. I also know first hand how important it is to feel accepted and supported during your therapy journey. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to making meaningful changes, and I would be honoured to support you through your next chapter.
To give you a little snapshot of who I am when I’m not holding a clipboard - I like to call myself a social introvert, and in the summer you’ll likely find me on the softball field playing for the same team, or on a patio somewhere.
I have my very own ADHD hobby graveyard and cycle through everything from cross stitch to puzzles. I have a bit of an oddball sense of humour and I’m fluent in memes.
I’m a millenial therapist, of course I’ve seen that same Tiktok! So, have a seat on my comfy couch and we’ll talk about what it brought up for you.
